Interior Designer – Lighting Design

Location:
Sharjah, UAE Company: RIKADA Lighting / HELOUL AL TAQAH TR LLC Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer with strong practical knowledge and experience in architectural and decorative lighting design. The candidate should be capable of developing interior concepts, lighting layouts, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings while coordinating with clients, consultants, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, hospitality, and other projects.
- Design and develop lighting concepts and lighting layouts in coordination with the interior design requirements.
- Select suitable lighting fixtures and develop lighting solutions based on aesthetics, functionality, energy efficiency, and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, reflected ceiling plans, lighting layouts, sections, elevations, and details.
- Prepare 3D models, renders, and visualizations to present design concepts to clients.
- Coordinate interior design and lighting requirements with architectural, MEP, and project teams.
- Prepare material, fixture, and finish selections and assist with technical specifications.
- Visit project sites when required to verify site conditions and coordinate installation.
- Review shop drawings, samples, and lighting details and provide technical support during project execution.
- Prepare presentations and design proposals for clients.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure the approved design is properly implemented. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in interior design, with strong experience in lighting design.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong experience in 3D design and visualization using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar.
- Good knowledge of architectural, decorative, and ambient lighting applications.
- Knowledge of DIALux / DIALux evo is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of lighting fixtures, LED technology, color temperature, CRI, beam angles, and lighting effects.
- Ability to read and prepare architectural and MEP drawings.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and interior detailing.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- UAE experience is preferred. Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of Interior Design + 3D Visualization + Lighting Design, rather than being limited to interior decoration only. الراتب المدفوع: AED٣٬٥٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
