- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, ensuring clash detection and resolution.
- Produce construction-ready drawings, schematics, and documentation directly from the BIM model.
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, incorporating design changes and site feedback.
- Assist in the creation of as-built models and facility management information models upon project completion. ## Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Hold certifications in Autodesk Revit MEP or equivalent BIM software.
- Have 3-5 years of proven experience as a MEP BIM Modeller on building projects.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Exhibit strong understanding of MEP systems design principles and installation practices.
- Be adept at reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
- Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective interdisciplinary coordination.
- Showcase meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Be proficient in English (written and spoken) for clear project communication.
- Have a keen eye for spatial relationships and problem-solving abilities.
