Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works.
- Evaluate and certify subcontractor payments, variations, and claims based on actual site progress.
- Maintain and update cost control systems, ensuring that project expenditures are within approved budgets.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and site teams to verify material quantities and track material deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and assist in the preparation of contractual correspondence.
- Prepare and submit monthly cost reports, forecasts, and valuations for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum 5 years in Quantity Surveying, with at least 3 years in MEP contracting companies in the UAE.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and site execution processes.
- Proficiency in cost control software and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract conditions is an advantage.
