Education:
Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Experience:
Minimum 10 years in painting, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of painting standards, surface preparation, and coating systems with proven ability to supervise teams while ensuring quality and HSE compliance. Capable of acting as a Job Performer with mandatory experience in permit-to-work systems, safety procedures and good English communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise blasting, surface preparation, and painting activities as per ADNOC project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements, PTW, JSA, and Life Saving Rules.
- Monitor surface cleanliness, paint application, DFT, and environmental conditions.
- Coordinate with QA/QC inspectors and ADNOC representatives for inspections and approvals.
- Ensure proper use of equipment, PPE, and safe handling of paints and abrasives.
- Conduct toolbox talks and monitor workforce safety and productivity.
- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and material consumption reports.
- Ensure coating quality, housekeeping, and timely completion of assigned work. Pay: AED4,000.00
- AED6,500.00 per month Work
