Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural designs, calculations, and analysis for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Develop structural drawings and specifications in compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure structural integrity and feasibility.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify and resolve structural design issues and provide technical support to project teams.
- Prepare engineering reports, method statements, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and industry codes.
- Review material submittals and shop drawings related to structural works.
- Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and value engineering initiatives. ## Desired Candidate Profile Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Structural Engineer.
- Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and structural drafting principles.
- Familiarity with international design codes and UAE construction standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines. Preferred Qualifications
- UAE/GCC experience.
- Knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage.
- Professional engineering certification or membership in a recognized engineering body is preferred. Benefits
