About the Role
Position: Property Consultants

Location:
Dubai/Abu Dhabi branches

Key Responsibilities
\
* Generate and develop new client leads through personal networking, referrals, social media and other channels. \
* Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors. \
* Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their needs and budget. \
* Conduct property viewings and present properties professionally. \
* Negotiate offers and close property transactions. \
* Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with clients throughout the sales process. \
* Stay up to date with UAE’s real estate market, new launches, projects, prices and market trends. \
* Build and maintain a strong personal brand and professional network. \
* Attend developer launches, property exhibitions, trainings and company events when required. \
* Ensure all client information and sales activities are properly updated in the company's CRM. \
* Follow company policies, compliance requirements and applicable UAE real estate regulations. Requirements \
* Previous experience in real estate, sales, business development, sales or a related field is preferred. \
* Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. \
* Confident, proactive and target-oriented personality. \
* Ability to work independently and manage your own client pipeline. \
* Strong motivation to work in a commission-based environment. \
* Professional appearance and attitude suitable for the luxury real estate market. \
* Good knowledge of Dubai's property market is an advantage. \
* Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are an advantage. \
* UAE driving license and own vehicle are required \
* Attested University Degree is an advantage
