Founder's Office Intern (x2)
Valura.ai | India / Dubai | Full-time internship
About the role
You'll work directly with the founding team on whatever is in front of us that week. Some of it will be interesting: regulatory questions, strategy discussions, partner conversations across our India and Dubai operations. A lot of it will not be. Most of this role is the unglamorous work that keeps a cross-border business moving, and I'd rather you know that now than find out in week three. What you'll actually be doing
- Chasing follow-ups and managing email threads that can't be allowed to go cold
- Reading compliance and regulatory material, then summarising what matters
- Building decks, one-pagers and Excel sheets
- Research on markets, competitors and opportunities, written up clearly
- Sitting on sales calls and handling what comes out of them
- Documentation. A lot of documentation
- Coordinating between the India and Dubai teams Who this suits
- Someone who finishes the boring task properly instead of doing the interesting 80% and stalling
- Genuine interest in finance. You read about it and have views, rather than having taken a course once
- Comfortable with tech, and specifically with LLMs. If you've built real workflows with Claude or similar, say so and show me
- Someone who moves without being told twice
- Willing to work long hours when the week demands it What you get
- Paid internship
- A front-row seat to how a cross-border, regulated business gets built
- Direct mentorship from the founding team
- More learning in a few months than most roles offer in a year, because you'll be inside the work rather than observing it
How to apply
Email karmesh.b@valura.ai with a short note on why you're interested and why you fit. PS: Please don't give a generic LLM answer.
