Location:
UAE Project: Villas & Building Projects Industry: Main Contracting / Construction
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed structural drawings and shop drawings for villa and building projects.
- Develop and modify RCC structural drawings including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, stairs, and structural details.
- Produce coordinated BIM models using Revit Structure.
- Coordinate structural drawings/models with architectural and MEP disciplines.
- Review IFC/consultant drawings and incorporate revisions as required.
- Prepare as-built drawings and ensure drawings comply with project specifications.
- Coordinate with Structural Engineers, Site Engineers, and BIM teams to resolve technical and drawing-related issues. Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience as a Structural Draftsman.
- Strong experience in villa and building projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit Structure / BIM.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and structural detailing.
- Experience with RCC structures and structural shop drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- UAE main contractor experience is highly preferred.
- Candidates with strong BIM/Revit and construction-site coordination experience are preferred. Application Question(s):
