- 5–7 years of relevant UAE experience
- Strong experience in MEP BIM coordination
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks
- Good knowledge of HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing systems
- Strong experience in clash detection and resolution
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and site teams
- Good understanding of UAE construction requirements and BIM standards
- Ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Candidates currently available in the UAE preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate MEP BIM models using Revit and Navisworks
- Perform clash detection and coordinate clash resolution
- Coordinate HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and other MEP services
- Review and maintain coordinated multidisciplinary models
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, engineers and site teams
- Incorporate consultant and site comments into BIM models
- Support preparation and review of shop drawings
- Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements and standards
- Monitor model quality, accuracy and coordination throughout the project LOCATION
