About the Role
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an ambitious, polished, and client-focused Luxury Real Estate Advisor to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role is ideal for a high-performing real estate professional who understands the luxury property market and is passionate about working with discerning clients, investors, property owners, and high-net-worth individuals. As a Luxury Real Estate Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying premium property opportunities, advising clients throughout the buying and selling process, developing strong relationships, and delivering an exceptional level of service.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on luxury residential properties and premium investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, property owners, and international clients.
- Understand clients' lifestyle preferences, investment objectives, budgets, and property requirements.
- Present and market luxury properties through professional property presentations and viewings.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, personal relationships, social media, and proactive prospecting.
- Conduct property viewings and provide knowledgeable guidance on property features, locations, pricing, and investment potential.
- Negotiate offers, prices, payment terms, and transaction conditions professionally.
- Manage clients throughout the transaction process, from initial consultation through to successful completion.
- Build strong relationships with developers, property owners, investors, and other industry professionals.
- Stay up to date with Abu Dhabi's luxury property market, new developments, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client and transaction records through the company's CRM.
- Consistently represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate's brand, standards, and values. Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury real estate, premium property sales, private banking, wealth management, hospitality, or a high-end sales environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE real estate market is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Professional, confident, and polished approach when dealing with discerning clients.
- Strong sales and business-development mindset.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a high-quality client network.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic and additional international languages are an advantage.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle is an advantage.
