The Role We are seeking an analytical and proactive Business Analyst to identify business needs, evaluate processes, and translate requirements into practical solutions. This part-time remote role is ideal for a professional who can connect business objectives with technology, data, and operational improvements while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, workflows, and solution specifications.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improvement.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, performance gaps, and actionable insights.
- Develop business cases, reports, dashboards, process maps, and analytical presentations.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, project teams, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Support solution design, testing, implementation, and change-management activities.
- Track project requirements and ensure solutions remain aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives.
- Research market trends, business practices, and emerging technologies when relevant.
- Maintain clear documentation throughout the business analysis and project lifecycle. Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, technology, or a related field preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, process improvement, and requirements management.
- Experience creating process flows, functional specifications, reports, and business documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, business intelligence platforms, or similar analytical technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fully remote environment.
- Professional certifications are not required unless specifically relevant to the role.
