We're looking for a Graphic Designer who specialises in packaging to take our products from concept sketch to shelf-ready artwork. You'll design primary and secondary packaging, retail displays, and gift sets — owning the visual detail that makes a customer pick our product up instead of the one next to it.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both the creative side (colour, typography, illustration, seasonal storytelling) and the technical side (dielines, print specs, colour separations, press checks).
What you'll do
- Design packaging artwork across the full range: boxes, sleeves, labels, hang tags, inserts, gift sets, and shipper cartons.
- Build accurate dielines and production-ready files, and adapt artwork across multiple SKUs, sizes, and product variants.
- Develop seasonal and limited-edition collections, translating a creative direction into a coherent family of designs.
- Work with printers and suppliers on materials and finishes (foil, emboss, spot UV, soft-touch, holographic, metallic inks), and review dummies, proofs, and press samples.
- Manage colour accuracy across substrates, including Pantone specification and CMYK conversion.
- Ensure every file meets legal, regulatory, and retailer
requirements:
barcodes, material declarations, country-of-origin, care symbols, recycling marks, and multilingual copy (English/Arabic).
- Maintain and extend brand guidelines so packaging stays consistent across categories.
- Create supporting assets: mockups, 3D renders, product photography direction, e-commerce imagery, and in-store display graphics.
- Partner with product development, marketing, and merchandising from brief through to launch, keeping projects on schedule.
- Track packaging trends, competitor launches, and sustainable materials innovation. What we're looking for Required:
- 3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong focus on packaging.
- A portfolio showing produced packaging work — products that shipped, not just concepts.
- Expert command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Solid pre-press knowledge: bleed, trapping, overprint, colour profiles, resolution, and file preparation for offset, digital, and flexo printing.
- Confidence working with dielines and understanding how a flat file becomes a 3D structure.
- Strong typography and layout skills, and an eye for detail that catches the 0.5mm misalignment nobody else sees.
- Ability to manage several projects at once and hit tight production deadlines. Nice to have:
- 3D packaging visualisation (Dimension, Blender, KeyShot, or similar).
- Illustration or hand-lettering skills.
- Familiarity with sustainable packaging materials and certifications.
- Bilingual layout experience, especially Arabic/English lockups.
- Retail or FMCG background, and experience with licensed or collaboration collections.
What we offer
- A visible role where your work sits on shelves and in customers' hands.
- Ownership of full collections rather than isolated assets.
- Budget for materials, finishes, and experimentation on flagship launches. Pay: AED2,500.00
- AED3,000.00 per month Work
