- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for goods and services from local suppliers.
- Source and evaluate reliable local suppliers based on price, quality, availability, and service.
- Request and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and cost-effective purchasing.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure all purchases are properly authorized and documented.
- Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and coordinate regularly to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Monitor supplier deliveries and ensure materials are received on time and according to the required specifications.
- Follow up on pending orders, delayed deliveries, shortages, and damaged or incorrect items.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and ensure timely supply.
- Verify supplier invoices, quotations, delivery notes, and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Maintain updated records of suppliers, prices, quotations, purchase orders, and procurement transactions.
- Identify opportunities to reduce purchasing costs while maintaining required quality and service standards.
- Ensure purchases comply with company policies, approved budgets, and procurement procedures.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and identifying alternative local suppliers when required.
- Maintaining agreed supplier prices in SAP system;
- Inform the supplier regarding the missing or damage products received and request for credit note;
- Create MIS report on a monthly basis.

Job Type
Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
- Above 1 year (Preferred)
- Purchase : 1-2 years (Required)
- SAP Software: 1 year (Required)
