Requirements:
- Valid SIRA-certified CCTV Supervisor/Manager qualification.
- NEBOSH certification is preferred/required.
- Proven experience in CCTV operations and security management.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, investigations, and security procedures.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage incidents and make appropriate decisions independently.
- Strong decision-making and control skills.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- UAE/Dubai security experience is preferred.
- Candidates must be available to join as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage CCTV operations and the control room team.
- Monitor CCTV systems and ensure effective surveillance coverage.
- Coordinate and respond to security incidents and emergencies.
- Review incidents, prepare reports, and escalate matters when required.
- Ensure compliance with SIRA and client security procedures.
- Coordinate with security teams and management during emergencies.
- Maintain proper control-room records, logs, and documentation.
