- Administer and maintain Domain Controllers
- Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory replication and authentication issues
- Administer and maintain Active Directory Sites and Services
- Conduct routine AD health checks and maintenance activities
- Implement AD security hardening and compliance initiatives
- Design, implement, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- Implement security policies and system restrictions using GPOs
- Administer and manage DFS and File Servers
- User/group, access control and permission management
- Support and optimize core IT infrastructure focusing on Active Directory, Group Policy, and File Server management
- Maintain secure identity management, enforce IT governance and security policies
- Ensure availability and performance of file services
- Support business continuity through reliable and resilient infrastructure operations ## Desired Candidate Profile
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server / Azure Administrator or equivalent Microsoft certifications
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in System Administration or Infrastructure Support roles
- PowerShell scripting knowledge
- Knowledge of infrastructure security best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good problem-solving and incident management capabilities
- Effective communication and technical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
