About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead and inspire our high-performing real estate sales team. This role offers the chance to shape strategy, expand networks, and drive revenue in Dubai’s luxury off-plan property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
- Develop strategies to expand broker and HNI client networks.
- Mentor and coach sales professionals for consistent performance.
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Requirements
- Proven experience leading sales teams in the UAE real estate sector.
- Strong broker and HNI connections.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding targets in luxury real estate. Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions Note: Conjugate Consulting does not charge candidates any fee at any stage.
