UAE | Employment Type: Full-Time Colour Zone is looking for a Technical Site Engineer / Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate site activities across the UAE. Main Requirements – Must Have
- Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
- Minimum 3 years UAE site experience, preferably in construction/finishing works.
- Strong hands-on experience in site/project reporting, including daily progress, productivity, milestones, and project status reporting.
- Good experience in coordinating workers and managing site activities.
- Ability to monitor labour productivity, project schedules, and deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and project documentation.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
- Knowledge of decorative paints, coatings, and finishing works is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and site management skills. Work
Location:
