- Perform advanced laser treatments for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and tattoo removal with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, discuss treatment goals, and manage expectations effectively.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs, skin type, and desired outcomes.
- Operate and maintain various laser and aesthetic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and hygiene standards. ## Desired Candidate Profile
- Possession of a valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license with laser certification.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Laser Therapist or in a similar aesthetic role.
- Proven expertise in operating various types of laser and light-based aesthetic devices.
- Strong understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, and common dermatological conditions.
