Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market available properties for rent.
- Handle inquiries from prospective tenants and clients.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Follow up with leads and prospective tenants.
- Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate rental terms and assist in closing leasing deals.
- Maintain good relationships with tenants and clients.
- Coordinate with the property management team regarding property availability and viewings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, and leasing activities.
- Meet assigned sales and leasing targets.
Requirements:
- Female candidate with relevant experience in real estate, property leasing, or property management.
- Previous UAE real estate experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi rental market is an advantage.
- UAE driving license is an advantage. Work
