Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment process with precision and care
- Implement and support food safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless order delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and support regulatory compliance
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges
- Support driver coordination and shipment tracking
- Handle customer service inquiries and issue resolution Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Additional qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or similar roles
