Interior Fit-out Draftsman

We are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-Out Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in interior fit-out, joinery, architectural detailing, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural, interior fit-out, and joinery shop drawings.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and setting-out drawings.
- Prepare detailed drawings for ceilings, partitions, flooring, wall finishes, doors, furniture, and joinery works.
- Prepare as-built drawings based on completed site works.
- Take measurements and quantities from approved drawings and BOQs.
- Coordinate drawings with site engineers, project managers, joinery factory, and production teams.
- Review drawings and identify technical discrepancies before execution.
- Make revisions according to consultant, client, and site requirements.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with approved designs and project specifications.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and submissions.
- Assist the site team with technical drawing requirements and site-related details.
- Coordinate with MEP and other disciplines to avoid clashes with fit-out works. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fit-Out Draftsman.
- Strong UAE experience in interior fit-out and construction projects is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior fit-out drawings.
- Experience with shop drawings, detail drawings, setting-out drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Knowledge of joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, doors, and interior materials.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and technical drawings.
- Good knowledge of measurements, quantities, and BOQs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Work
