Job Description
You may never want to have a “normal” internship again. Proof of Talk is building something different — a global platform bringing together the people shaping finance, technology, AI, digital assets, and the future of business. Our philosophy is simple: Small rooms. Big decisions. After establishing Proof of Talk in Paris, we're expanding internationally with Proof of Talk Abu Dhabi at Louvre Abu Dhabi. We're looking for a highly driven PR & Media Partnerships Intern to help us build the media presence, partnerships, and global visibility around the event. This is not an internship where you spend your day updating press lists. You'll work directly with the team on relationships with journalists, media companies, publications, influencers, ecosystem partners, and communications teams around some of the world's most important companies. Your Role As our PR & Media Partnerships Intern , you'll help shape how Proof of Talk Abu Dhabi is positioned and covered globally. You'll work across:

- On-site media opportunities 🤝 Media Partnerships A major part of the role will be helping develop media partnerships around Proof of Talk Abu Dhabi. This could include working with:

- Event coverage 🎤 Speaker & Executive PR Proof of Talk brings together founders, CEOs, investors, institutional leaders, policymakers, and technology executives. You'll help turn that access into compelling media opportunities. That may include:
- Identifying interview opportunities for speakers
- Matching speakers with relevant journalists
- Coordinating media interviews
- Creating briefing documents
- Supporting speaker announcement campaigns
- Researching relevant media angles
- Coordinating with company communications teams
- Helping organize on-site interviews and media meetings You'll learn how PR works when the people involved are genuinely newsworthy. 🇦🇪 Proof of Talk Abu Dhabi Proof of Talk Abu Dhabi brings the Proof of Talk format to one of the world's most important emerging centers for capital, technology, and innovation. The event will bring together senior decision-makers across two major areas shaping the next decade: Digital Assets & Finance and Artificial Intelligence & Technology That creates an unusually broad PR opportunity. You'll be helping us build relationships across both traditional global financial media and the rapidly growing AI and technology media ecosystem. What We're Looking ForRequired
- Currently studying or recently graduated in PR, communications, journalism, marketing, media, business, or a related field
- Excellent written English
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable reaching out to people you don't know
- Strong research ability
- Highly organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to communicate professionally with senior people
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to manage several conversations and projects simultaneously
- Curious about media, technology, AI, finance, or global business Nice to Have
- Previous PR or communications internship
- Journalism experience
- Media-relations experience
- Experience working with events
- Existing relationships with journalists or media organizations
- Experience with influencer or creator outreach
- Understanding of AI, technology, finance, FinTech, Web3, or digital assets
- Knowledge of the UAE or Middle East media landscape
- Experience using PR databases or media-monitoring tools
