Job Title:
Waiter / Gaming Attendant (Gaming + Customer Service) – Ajman, UAE
Salary:
AED 2,000 – 2,500/month (based on experience) + performance-based incentives
Benefits:

About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience across our gaming zones (PC, PlayStation, racing simulators, and cinema room), while also supporting food & beverage service. This role is ideal for someone energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entertainment environment. Key Duties:
- Assist customers with gaming setup and basic technical issues
- Take orders and serve food & drinks efficiently
- Upsell menu items and promotions during customer sessions
- Monitor gaming areas and ensure smooth operation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all zones
- Guide customers on packages, offers, and events
- Handle customer requests and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, café, or gaming lounge preferred
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of gaming and PCs
- Friendly, active, and responsible personality
- Strong communication and upselling skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us?
