Job Summary We are looking for a Store Keeper with experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or FMCG to manage daily store operations, stock receiving, storage, issuing, and inventory control. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, stock rotation, expiry-date control, inventory counting, and proper storage practices, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify goods against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Check quantity, quality, expiry dates, and condition of all incoming items.
- Properly arrange and store food, beverages, packaging, cleaning materials, and other supplies.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO principles and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Issue stock to kitchen, restaurant, and other departments against approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of replenishment requirements.
- Identify and report damaged, expired, slow-moving, or excess stock.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the store.
- Ensure appropriate storage and temperature conditions for perishable items.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Kitchen, Operations, and Finance departments.
- Assist with monthly and periodic inventory counts and stock reports.
- Ensure all stock movements are properly documented and authorized.
- Follow company policies, HACCP, food safety, and health & safety procedures. Requirements
- 0–2 years of relevant Store Keeper experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or FMCG.
- Experience in food and beverage inventory management is preferred.
- Good knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and stock control procedures.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
- Good communication, organization, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Other Benefits
