Dubai, UAEPosition: Full Time We are looking for a creative, motivated and experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator to take ownership of our social media presence across multiple businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for content, excellent video editing skills and the ability to create engaging, high quality content that drives brand awareness, audience growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editing
- Plan, film, create and edit engaging video and photo content.
- Produce professional reels, short form videos, promotional content and behind the scenes footage.
- Edit long form video content, including podcasts and YouTube videos.
- Create graphics, thumbnails, captions and promotional materials.
- Keep up to date with social media trends and develop creative content ideas. Social Media Management Manage all aspects of our social media accounts, including:
- Instagram: Reels, stories, posts, carousels and engagement.
- TikTok: Creative short form videos, trends and audience growth.
- YouTube: Full length videos, podcasts, YouTube Shorts, thumbnails, titles and uploads.
- LinkedIn: Professional business content, company updates, industry insights and brand positioning. Strategy & Growth
- Develop and manage a weekly and monthly content calendar.
- Schedule and publish content consistently across all platforms.
- Create platform specific content to maximise reach and engagement.
- Monitor social media performance, analytics and audience growth.
- Identify opportunities to increase followers, enquiries and brand visibility.
- Maintain consistent branding and a professional online presence.
- Manage comments, messages and audience engagement where required. Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop or other design tools.
- Confident filming content using professional cameras or mobile devices.
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Strong written English and creative caption writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and take initiative.
- Organised, reliable and able to manage content across multiple brands.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous content creation and social media results. What We’re Looking For We want someone who is more than just a social media scheduler. We’re looking for a creative individual who can take an idea, turn it into engaging content, edit it professionally and publish it across all platforms. Someone who understands how to build brands, grow audiences and produce content that stands out.
