Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our cakes and sweets shop. The role involves serving customers, taking orders, handling payments, maintaining the display counter, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting cakes, sweets, pastries, and other products.
- Take customer orders accurately, including custom cake orders and special requests.
- Explain product varieties, prices, ingredients, and available options to customers.
- Pack cakes, sweets, and other products neatly and safely.
- Operate the cash/POS system and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and attractive presentation of the sales counter.
- Check product displays and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.
- Coordinate with the kitchen/bakery team regarding customer orders and special requirements.
- Handle customer questions and complaints politely and professionally.
- Follow company procedures for billing, cash handling, hygiene, and customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in counter sales, bakery, sweets shop, café, or retail is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic cash/POS handling knowledge.
- Friendly, polite, and presentable personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required. Pay: AED1,800.00
- AED2,500.00 per month Work
