Key Responsibilities
\
* Supervise daily site execution, structural works, and civil finishing to ensure strict compliance with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and local authority regulations. \
* Review structural calculations, architectural drawings, BOQs, and method statements; resolve technical conflicts and discrepancies on-site promptly. \
* Liaise directly with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, utility providers (DEWA/relevant authorities), and consultants to secure inspections, site approvals, NOCs, and building completion certificates. \
* Prepare, track, and manage site documentation including RFIs, MIRs, inspection test plans (ITPs), and daily/weekly progress reports. \
* Coordinate effectively with MEP engineers, structural consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to avoid milestone delays. \
* Enforce rigorous on-site QA/QC procedures and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards. \

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited university. \
* Overall
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of total experience in civil engineering / construction. \
* UAE
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of direct, verifiable on-site experience within the UAE. \
* Authority Approvals: Dubai Municipality (DM) accreditation / G+1 or Unlimited registration card and UAE Society of Engineers membership strongly preferred. \
* Regulatory Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of UAE building codes, authority approval cycles, and municipal inspection procedures. \
* Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with structural software (ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000) and scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project) is an advantage. \
* Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is required. \
* Languages: Professional working proficiency in English (Arabic is a definite advantage).
