Key Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages to consistently high standards.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment professionally.
- Maintain excellent coffee quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and HACCP standards.
- Assist with daily bar operations and stock management.
- Support the team in maintaining Roasters' service and quality standards. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Barista in specialty coffee.
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, brewing methods, and coffee fundamentals.
- Good English communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Passion for specialty coffee and willingness to learn and develop.
- Candidates currently based in the Dubai preferred.
Job Type
Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00
