- Supervise daily MEP operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and drainage systems.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed on time.
- Monitor fire alarm, firefighting systems, lifts and emergency systems.
- Attend tenant complaints and coordinate timely resolution.
- Supervise technicians and coordinate AMC contractors.
- Conduct regular inspections of plant rooms, common areas and building facilities.
- Monitor BMS alarms, equipment performance and energy consumption.
- Ensure safety compliance and coordinate Civil Defence inspections.
- Maintain maintenance reports, work orders and PPM records.
- Report major issues and maintenance progress to the FM Manager. Qualification : Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical
Experience:
Minimum 5 Year in high Raised Building and Villas D/L : Mandatory Immediately joiners preferred. Work
