Job description
Project Quantity Surveyor Al Turath Al Aseel Contracting LLC – UAE Al Turath Al Aseel Contracting LLC is a trusted name in the UAE construction industry with over 25 years of proven excellence, delivering high-rise buildings, residential developments, luxury villas, and complex construction projects. We are driven by a commitment to quality, innovation, and timely delivery. We are currently looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to support our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and manage tender and contract documentation, including BOQs.
• Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with the Estimation Department to ensure accurate project cost data.
• Monitor project progress and prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and cost reports.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and final accounts.
• Track project expenditures and support cost forecasting and cash flow management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors on commercial matters.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and quality requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and assessment of claims and variations.
• Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in commercial and contractual administration. Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Immediate joiner to our team.
• Sound knowledge of construction contracts and commercial practices.
• Proficiency in PlanSwift and quantity surveying software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
