Core offerings include smart lighting, AC control, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, networking, server support, and enterprise-grade Wi‑Fi systems. From concept to completion, the team focuses on creating intelligent, modern spaces that are smarter, safer, and more connected. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a CCTV / ELV Technician with UAE site experience and NOC required. The technician will support the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV and ELV systems, including smart security, access control, and related infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project requirements, preparing system layouts, guiding on-site teams, troubleshooting technical issues remotely, and ensuring systems meet safety and performance standards. The role also involves documenting configurations, coordinating with project managers and clients, and providing technical recommendations to improve system reliability and efficiency. Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience with CCTV systems, ELV solutions, and related security technologies, ideally in high-end residential or commercial projects.
• Practical knowledge of structured cabling, networking basics, and integration with smart home or KNX-based automation platforms.
• Previous UAE site experience with a valid NOC from current or previous employer, and familiarity with local standards and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, system schematics, and installation manuals, with solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with a collaborative approach to working with remote and on-site project teams.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in electronics, electrical engineering, IT, or a related field; vendor or product-specific certifications are an advantage.
• Reliable internet access and capacity to work part-time in a remote support function, with strong time management and self-organization.
