UAE – On-site Employment Type: Full-Time LightIdea Information Technology is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive – IT Software Solutions to join our UAE team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, approaching prospective customers, understanding their requirements and promoting our portfolio of software and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities in the UAE market.
* Prospect new customers through calls, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and direct outreach.
* Build relationships with business owners, senior management, Finance Heads, IT Heads and other decision-makers.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software and IT solutions.
* Conduct customer meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
* Prepare proposals and quotations and follow opportunities through negotiation and closure.
* Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and customers.
* Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams during the sales process.
* Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets. Requirements
* Previous experience in B2B IT sales, software sales or technology solution sales.
* Good understanding of software and IT solutions.
* Experience in the UAE market will be an advantage.
* Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Ability to independently generate leads and develop new business.
* Comfortable working with sales targets.
* Candidates should be available to work on-site in the UAE. Experience selling solutions such as ERP, enterprise software, SaaS, cloud solutions, business applications, financial software or related IT solutions will be an advantage.
