• Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving system, software, and hardware issues.
• Candidates should possess Network Administration skills to manage, monitor, and optimize network infrastructure and performance.
• Candidates should possess Network Security skills to implement security measures, manage access controls, and protect data and systems.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support internal users, communicate clearly, and document issues and solutions.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field are beneficial.
• Experience with remote support tools, basic server and cloud administration, and backup and recovery procedures is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity with strong organizational and time management skills.
