Flat 70% commission on every deal. No tiers, no caps. Following a landmark merger, EVA Real Estate is scaling two secondary sales teams, each led by a sales manager with 15+ years of closing experience in Dubai. You're joining an active pipeline, not building one from zero. Commission-only, with admin and listing support built in so your time goes to calls and closings, not paperwork. What you get
• Flat 70% on all deals. The rate is the same from your first deal to your fiftieth.
• A live pipeline from day one, with warm access to international buyers through live projects in Europe and Southeast Asia. The team travels with the deals.
