Job Responsibilities
• Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and provide excellent customer service.
• Promote and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and pricing.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable products and achieving sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, showroom presentation, and stock availability.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
• Process sales transactions, invoices, and payments accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of product ranges, promotions, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the store and inventory teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant qualification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively within a team.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems.
• Fluency in English is required;
• Candidates must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
