- Dubai Branch is a leading Architectural and Engineering Consultancy with headquartered in Germany. With over 65 years of experience, KC delivers sophisticated projects and concepts with multi-disciplinary and design capabilities. This is a full-time 6 days a week on-site role located in Dubai, UAE. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced ID Inspector to join our site supervision team for a Residential project. The role is fully site-based and requires strong experience in supervising interior fit-out works, ensuring strict compliance with approved drawings, materials, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
• Review approved shop drawings and material submittals to ensure on-site implementation aligns strictly with approved documents.
• Inspect approved materials (MIR) delivered to site prior to installation.
• Conduct routine site inspections to verify that works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) immediately in case of discrepancies and follow up on rectifications.
• Attend and inspect works when the contractor raised Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) alongside the Contractor’s QA/QC Engineer and release the WIRs.
• Review method statements from a site implementation perspective following architectural review.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are progressing in line with the approved programme, report progress status to the Project Manager.
• Certify executed work percentages for the purpose of processing contractor payment applications.
• Conduct site observations and issue Site Observation Reports (SORs) where works do not comply with approved drawings or standards. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design
• Minimum 8 years of experience in site supervision of interior fit-out works
• Proven experience on Residential projects is highly preferred
• Consultancy supervision background is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings, MIR, WIR, NCR, SOR processes
• Strong understanding of quality control and HSE compliance
• Ability to work 6 days per week on site
