Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Trust Lawyer to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, single-hire position for a candidate with strong expertise in trust law, AML/CFT compliance, and international legal frameworks. The ideal candidate will support our Trust Division by providing legal advisory, drafting trust documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Draft trust deeds and other trust documents for the Trust Division (TD).
• Prepare and/or commission new document precedents that may be required by TD personnel.
• Review trust-related documents prepared by other Frontier staff and TD personnel.
• Provide technical advice to Frontier employees, Group employees, individual clients and professional intermediaries concerning trust matters and trust products.
• Assist with the review of trust accounts and accounts of underlying entities from a legal, documentation and trustee-approval perspective.
• Keep the Company's KYC, AML and other applicable legal and compliance manuals relevant and up to date.
• Review, prepare resolutions for, and arrange sign-off on accounts prepared for the TD.
• Draft memoranda concerning trust issues and trust products for internal, marketing and training purposes.
• Prepare articles on trust issues and products for online and print publication, subject to internal approval.
• Train Frontier staff and other employees on trust law, trustee documentation and various trust products.
• Assist with the development of new trust products and the marketing of the same from time to time.
• Develop and maintain familiarity with international tax, CRS/FATCA and regulatory issues that affect trusts and the use of trusts by clients in target markets.
• Prepare and review trustee resolutions, minutes, deeds of addition, deeds of distribution, deeds of appointment and retirement, and related fiduciary documentation.
• Maintain and improve trust deed, corporate resolution, letter of wishes and internal precedent libraries in coordination with management and external counsel.
• Support onboarding, periodic review and bank-facing documentation from a legal and fiduciary perspective.
• Liaise with external counsel where specialist advice is required and coordinate the implementation of such advice into Frontier documentation.
• Maintain legal matter trackers and ensure timely follow-up on assigned trust, corporate and client matters. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, with specialization or experience in trust law, corporate law, or financial services law.
• Strong knowledge of UAE AML/CFT regulations and Free Zone compliance frameworks.
• Experience with goAML, CDD/EDD, and sanctions screening is an advantage.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and advisory skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Russian (speaking and understanding).
