Key Responsibilities
• Lead integrated facilities, property and asset management services, including hard services, soft services and security.
• Take ownership of contract P&L, budgets, forecasting and profitability.
• Manage senior client relationships and ensure delivery against contractual SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead managers, operational teams and service partners.
• Drive compliance, risk management, service excellence and continuous improvement. Essential
Requirements:
• UAE National with fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Previous experience managing Grade A commercial buildings.
• Proven experience at General Manager or equivalent senior leadership level, with overall contract and commercial accountability.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in facilities management or integrated services.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing multidisciplinary managers and teams, including operational and support functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
