Ever wondered what goes into bringing a big event to life? From the planning behind the scenes to the excitement on the day, there’s a lot more to events than what meets the eye We’re looking for an enthusiastic Events Intern to join the Viola team and help make things happen. You’ll keep the team organised, get involved in exciting projects and learn how ideas turn into real-life experiences. If you love getting things done, enjoy being part of a team and want to see how the events world works, this could be the perfect place to start

Key Responsibilities
• Keep Things Organised: Help keep documents, files and project details in order — you’ll be the person who helps keep everything on track
• Track the Details: Update Excel trackers, event schedules and budgets, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Work with Suppliers: Help with quotations, invoices, purchase orders and the behind-the-scenes details that make events happen.
• Get Involved: Support event planning, prepare materials and, when needed, experience the buzz of on-site event execution.
• Be the Team’s Go-To Support: Help with presentations, proposals and whatever else is needed to bring an event from idea to reality. Qualifications &

Skills:
• Recently graduated in Business Administration, Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Naturally organised, detail-oriented and someone who enjoys getting things done.
• A team player who takes initiative, asks questions and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
• Happy to juggle different tasks and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
