What You'll Do
• Coordinate the collection and delivery of items between the office, properties, suppliers, contractors, and other locations.
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of items by following traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company delivery procedures.
• Record and track all collected, delivered, and transferred items to ensure accurate documentation and traceability.
• Assist with urgent operational deliveries and requests. What we're looking for:
• Someone to assist with unboxing, sorting, and organizing deliveries while checking items against order records.
• Keep the storage area clean, organized, and accessible.
• Report damaged, missing, or low-stock items to the operations teams and storage locations.
• Install Qibla direction indicators and emergency hotline QR codes in designated properties.
• Install DET QR code permits in accordance with the required placement guidelines.
• Report any missing, damaged, or incorrect signage to the operations team.
• Coordinate utility connections for newly onboarded properties with the relevant teams.
