About Us
At DroneX360, we use specialized industrial drones to handle heavy-duty facade, tower, and commercial building cleaning. We’re replacing traditional cradle setups, ropes, and manual scaffolding with fast, precision aerial technology designed for high-rise environments. As our commercial mission volume grows across Dubai and the UAE, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Drone Pilot to operate specialized heavy-lift industrial platforms (DJI Matrice M400 / M350 class) for enterprise client deployments. What You’ll Do
• Field Pilot Operations: Command and operate industrial cleaning and spraying drones on high-rise commercial site locations across Dubai.
• Flight Safety & Airspace Compliance: Conduct site risk assessments, obtain necessary local airspace permits, and run strict pre-flight safety routines in accordance with UAE drone regulations.
• On-Site Tech Prep: Oversee equipment deployment, high-capacity battery cycling, payload management, and water/spray telemetry setups during field operations. What We Need
• 3+ years of real-world commercial flight experience (industrial, heavy payload, or agricultural spraying experience preferred).
• Valid UAE GCAA / DCAA Remote Pilot License / Permit (Mandatory).
• Proven understanding of Dubai airspace classifications, flying permits, and urban flight safety protocols.
• A disciplined approach to field safety, clear communication under pressure, and a valid UAE Driver’s License.

What We Offer
• Competitive, project-based daily rates per deployment.
• Flexible freelance scheduling based on site availability.
• Access to state-of-the-art heavy-lift drone hardware and recurring enterprise project contracts across the UAE. Interested?Send your flight experience summary, logbook highlights, proof of UAE pilot licenses/permits, and day rate expectations to hello@dronex-360.com or reach out directly on LinkedIn
