• Own the day-to-day heartbeat of the business across all functions
• Transform founder vision into executable operational roadmaps

• Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performance cross-functional team

• Develop and manage operational budgets that fuel growth efficiently

• Partner with finance to deliver forecasts, reports, and insights to stakeholders
• Ensure every dollar spent enhances our brand and customer experience 4. Cross-Functional Leadership & Partnership
• Be the operational glue connecting product, marketing, supply chain, and customer experience
• Manage strategic partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors
• Ensure every touchpoint reflects our commitment to luxury dog wellness

• Lead market expansion strategies across channels and geographies
• Drive product innovation that advances dog wellness and delights customers
• Build retail and e-commerce operations that feel premium and personal
• Position the brand for scale while maintaining boutique quality What You Bring Must-Haves:
• ✅ 10-15 years in pet care operations (dog wellness/supplements/grooming)
• ✅ Deep knowledge of the American pet market + ability to navigate international markets
• ✅ Proven success scaling consumer brands from early stage to significant revenue
• ✅ Strong financial acumen and operational excellence mindset
• ✅ Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities
• ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred) Bonus Points:
