Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based contractor specializing in luxury villa and apartment renovations, interior fit-outs, extensions, and bespoke joinery. With our in-house construction teams and joinery manufacturing facility in Al Quoz, we deliver high-end residential projects across Dubai. We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
• Inspect civil, MEP, waterproofing, tiling, painting, ceiling, and joinery works to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare inspection checklists, quality reports, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to identify and rectify quality issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections, snagging assessments, and final handover inspections.
• Inspect and verify concealed works before closing walls, floors, and ceilings.
• Monitor corrective actions and ensure all identified defects are properly resolved. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in QA/QC for residential renovations, interior fit-outs, or construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of luxury interior finishes, construction quality standards, waterproofing, and MEP inspections.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and prepare quality inspection documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage quality inspections across multiple ongoing projects.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
