Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for coordinating daily shipment activities, including scheduling pickups and deliveries, tracking consignments, and ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements. The Logistics Coordinator works closely with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues, provide shipment updates, and maintain high service standards. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, supporting supply chain planning, and optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to align operations with customer needs and company objectives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to monitor shipment performance, analyze logistics data, and support process improvements.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with external partners, and provide clear updates to customers.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, handle issues promptly, and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to track stock levels, reconcile records, and support accurate order fulfillment.
• Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management skills to understand end-to-end logistics flows, support planning activities, and contribute to operational efficiency.
• Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic reporting tools is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are important.
• 3-5 years of Experience with diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is an advantage.
