Property Consultant

We are looking for ambitious, driven, and results-oriented Real Estate Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for building and managing your own client portfolio, advising clients on suitable property opportunities, generating and converting leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating transactions, and managing the process from initial inquiry to successful closing. You will work across off-plan, secondary sales, and rentals, giving you the opportunity to build multiple income streams and develop a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market. *

Key Responsibilities
* Generate and convert leads into successful transactions Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients Conduct property viewings and client meetings Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors Source and maintain an updated portfolio of available properties Research market trends, new launches, and investment opportunities Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the transaction Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams Prepare and review relevant transaction documentation Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups through the company CRM Achieve individual and team sales targets Participate in regular training, market updates, and developer briefings What We're Looking For We are looking for people who are hungry to succeed, financially motivated, and willing to put in the work. *Ideal candidates should have:
* Previous experience in Dubai real estate or a sales environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and closing abilities A professional and confident client-facing approach Strong follow-up and relationship management skills Good knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and communities Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients Comfort using CRM systems, digital platforms, and property portals Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage A valid driving license is an advantage Freshers with strong sales ability, confidence, and the right attitude may also be considered. *
