Key Responsibilities
• Oversee financial operations, accounting activities, and reporting processes.
• Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flow, and financial performance to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Establish effective financial controls, policies, and risk management procedures.
• Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate external audits, tax submissions, and financial reporting activities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management planning.
• Lead and guide the finance team to improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall performance. 🔍 What We’re Looking For
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management practices.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
• Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical thinking, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• High standards of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
• Relevant qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage. 🎁
