We are hiring an HSE Engineer to execute project safety programs, minimize safety risks, and develop a culture focused on anticipating and preventing hazardous workplace conditions.
UAE – Offshore Assignment
- 5 months offshore work / 1 month paid leave
Salary:
AED 15,000–18,000/month
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in design reviews from an HSE perspective.
• Support site emergency response activities.
• Identify HSE issues related to construction activities.
• Monitor Permit to Work, SIMOPS and Job Safety Analysis procedures.
• Conduct regular site checks and ensure hazards are controlled.
• Investigate incidents and near misses and identify root causes.
• Review contractor HSE plans and procedures.
• Support HSE awareness, training, inductions, and audits. Requirements
• Offshore and ADNOC experience is mandatory.
• 8–13 years of relevant HSE experience, with strong construction and offshore HSE background.
• Knowledge of PTW, SIMOPS, JSA, incident investigation and emergency response.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Strong communication, reporting, and safety-leadership skills.
• Experience working with contractors, project teams, and client HSE personnel. Offshore
