• 8–12+ years of project or programme management experience
• Banking, Treasury, Global Markets, fintech, or regulated financial-services experience
• End-to-end delivery ownership from initiation through closure
• Strong project planning, scheduling, tracking, and governance experience
• RAID, risk, issue, assumption, and dependency management
• Executive reporting, SteerCo packs, dashboards, and senior presentations
• Stakeholder management across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, Technology, Architecture, Compliance, Legal, and Procurement
• Vendor, consultant, and third-party coordination
• Budget, resource, funding, and delivery tracking
• Understanding of Treasury processing flows, cash and liquidity management, market data, and front-to-back operations
• Experience with Treasury platforms or related systems such as Bloomberg, LSEG/Refinitiv, Flexcube, FMC, Murex, or Calypso
• Exposure to Treasury transformation, platform enhancements, system integrations, PoC/MVP delivery, or innovation-led initiatives
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, communication, and presentation skills
