Role Description The Sales Development Associate is a part-time role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting inside sales outreach, and generating leads through calls, emails, and digital channels. The associate will maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions in CRM tools, schedule meetings for senior team members, and support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. Day-to-day tasks include researching target organizations, communicating Behavioral Science Group’s offerings, following up on leads, and coordinating with the business development team to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales, with the ability to manage a structured outreach process and meet activity goals.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Business Development, including prospecting, pipeline building, and supporting new partnership opportunities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional email and phone etiquette.
• Relevant experience in sales, account coordination, or client-facing roles, ideally within consultancy, social impact, or professional services environments.
• Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools) to track and report sales activities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a part-time hybrid setting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in behavioral science and social impact; prior exposure to the UAE market is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required with strong relevant experience.
