Job Description
– Mechanical / MEP Engineer Position: Mechanical / MEP Engineer – Junior / Mid-Level

Location:
Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Description
We are looking for a Junior / Mid-Level Mechanical / MEP Engineer with experience in building construction and MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, supervision, and coordination of mechanical and MEP works at project sites.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate mechanical and MEP works at project sites.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other project teams.
• Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor installation and site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, and other mechanical MEP installations.
• Assist in material planning, quantity take-offs, material requests, and delivery coordination.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate inspections with consultants.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover of MEP systems.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain relevant project documentation.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate with the Project Manager/Senior Engineer for solutions.
• Ensure works are completed according to project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to avoid site conflicts and ensure smooth project execution. Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in Mechanical/MEP building projects preferred.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, and general mechanical MEP systems.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering software.
• Ability to work independently and manage site responsibilities. Preferred Candidate
• Immediate joiners strongly preferred.
• Candidates available in the UAE will be given priority.
• Candidates with building construction and MEP project experience are preferred.
